Year-End Financial Statement - what's included under "refunds sent"?

I'm trying to resolve paypal's year-end financial statement vs my own records.  There is a marked difference between my own records of refunds, and paypal's "Refunds Sent" sub-category under the "Sales Activity" category.  I'm guessing that this must include actions that in my mind do not constitute a "refund", but do to paypal, and so it's not adding up right on my own records.  Anyone know what kind of stuff this would be?  Or even better, is there any way to see a list of the transactions under this heading (or ANY heading?).   Any help appreciated.

Found it - my mistake.  It was a single large refund for a transaction that happened in 2011, so I recorded the refund in 2011, even though it technically hit paypal January 1st of 2012.  Ugh.  Thanks for the response though Snowshoe!  Paypal STILL needs to work on making their reports and search functions more useful though.  I'm just lucky it was first thing in January and I didn't have to look through all of 2012 adding up my refunds!
