I received an mail thanking me for setting up a sellders account. Since I have been on Ebay for about 15 years I have never sold anything. I have purchased many hundreds of items but do not sell. I did NOT set up this sellers account.

Why don't you check with customer services?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
