Paypal business transfer fund loading infinite problem

Hi.

I am using Paypal business account to setup payment gateway for my e-commercial website. But a recent week, i can not withdraw money from Paypal account to bank account. Paypal withdraw screen load infinite (see picture below). I contacted Paypal via email, they told me re-add bank account, i did it but no help. How can i resolve this?
