Unable to print International labels

Anyone else having this issue??? Have tried 3 PC's (2 with Windows XP, 1 with Windows 7), Mac with OSX 10.9.1, 2 different networks, current version of Java as well as an older one. Usually just get a system error but occasionally the Sample label page will show but Select Printer and Print Page buttons will not work.

When I click on the error message for details, I get:

"Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: https://ibdswebp14-ext.pb.com/TranResponse/bnblabel.jar"

There is more but I won't go into it. Seems to be a problem between Pitney Bowels and Java. USPS Click 'N Ship works fine but you lose out on the PayPal seller protection.

I'm having the same problem, can't print my international labels on PayPal, so have to go to the USPS site.  This for some reason costs more but at least I'm able to print my label.   PayPal should ditch the Java program.

That's the same error and details as i am getting NilaRose. I was able to print domestic labels after shutting doen the browser, rebooting the computer and trying again. But International labels which use a poorly written Java script will still not print. Nothing back from Tech Support yet.

Same problem here, unable to print international labels after forced update.

Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: https://ibdswebp13-ext.pb.com

Java applets **bleep**. I hate it. And I hate Pitney Bowes for using it.

Merchant Services rep replied stating it was a known problem at this time. Did not give any ETA for a correction. Have not received any word of a fix from my Tech support ticket yet.

Paypal Product and Support replied to my email for assistance:

"Go into the JAVA settings: (configure java) and click "see the security tab" then click on the "edit site list" button and enter the following: https://paypal.com https://pb.com https://ibdswebp9-ext.pb.com or https://ibdswebp11-ext.pb.com ... "

Prior to their reply and suggestion, I reset the Java security level to medium, as suggested in this thread at eBay:  http://community.ebay.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Can-t-Print-labels-after-Java-51-update/qaq-p/19094661

Temporarily setting the security level  to medium while printing labels worked yesterday. I'll try adding the websites to the site list today, then reset security level to high.

I don't even know what it means to configure java or how to change the security settings so I'm done until they get it fixed.

My email from tech support just said they are working on it and would email me when it's fixed.

eta: Scratch that. I found that part, but I'm still afraid since I don't want more international shipping money on hold for 3 weeks!

Has this beeen resolved??? Tech support sent a message saying I would be added to a list that would be notified once corrected. Have not heard anything and noticed somebody closed my ticket out as "solved." Not very happy with PP's customer service. I still have International orders turned off as I don't want to have more labels charged to my accoun t that won't print.

Mine is showing solved, too, but I've received nothing. I'm too scared to try it with a $60 international shipment.

USPS.com is screwy in Chrome and Firefox won't print so I can hardly get anything printed and orders are backed up. This is costing me serious time!

I opened another trouble ticket as they never responded, as they said they would, to my first ticket. This is like trying to deal with the government.
