For some reason, PP decided to move from a create shipping label page that actually worked (most of the time) to a new beta one that is a real loser. Thankfully, you can choose to go to the old classic page on domestic (USA) shipments but that is not the case on International shipments. PP forces you to use the beta site on International shipments. Here are the bugs that I've discovered in the beta site when tyring to create International shipping lables: 1) There is no longer a place for entering an Origination Zip Code (domestic or International) like there was on the classic site. This is handy when we ship while on the road like at trade shows. 2) You can not enter an item weight less than 1 ounce. You could enter 0.1 ounces on the classic site. We ship very lightweight items and the more that are ordered, the more out of whack it becomes. 3. The default shipping method (UPS or USPS) nevers stays put in your profile. It has to be renewed often. 4. The beta site will not allow shipment to a DPO, AE armed forces address even though PP will take the customer's money with the DPO, AE address. PP says to go to USPS.com. Our brave men and women in the armed forces certainly deserve better. It is quite obvious that whomever developed the new beta ceate shippling lable page has never used it in the real world. New applications should be easier and more efficient than their predecessor's. Not the case with the new beta abomination.
