No Verification Email- shipping label.

Beginning last week, I've no longer received any verification emails from PayPal when I purchase a shipping label.  This is the one whose subject is, "You created a shipping label with PayPal Shipping".  If I root through my account summary I can find them, but it's inconvenient.  This was a sudden thing. 

 

Anyone else have this problem or better yet, a solution?

Yea, it still doesn't work.  The problem with Paypal is that those in charge don't acutally use it so they have no clue what works or what doesn't. If their executives had to use it like we do, it'd be fixed in a heartbeat.

I havent been getting these either. Most of the time I'll get a notification when a customer purchases through paypal where a label is generated in my paypal account. When I use the 'Print Label' button in my account summary.

 

BUT when I do them manually I never get them, and its been a year with no resolution. I use the 'ship now' manual method more and more and I need that infor in my emails becuase its so much easier than signing into paypal and manually searching throgh my summary.

 

Paypal, PLEASE help me with this annoying problem!

Redleaf, when using 'shipnow', if you intend to send an email to the customer with it, be advised that doesn't work either. The custiomer WILL NOT get an email even though you may type a message. And you WILL NOT get an email receipt for your transaction. There are many, many bugs in PayPal's shipping system but nobody that works there either uses the system the way we do to know there is a problem, or they are typical of American customer service and just flat don't care.
