Paypal Product and Support replied to my email for assistance: "Go into the JAVA settings: (configure java) and click "see the security tab" then click on the "edit site list" button and enter the following: https://paypal.com https://pb.com https://ibdswebp9-ext.pb.com or https://ibdswebp11-ext.pb.com ... " Prior to their reply and suggestion, I reset the Java security level to medium, as suggested in this thread at eBay:  http://community.ebay.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Can-t-Print-labels-after-Java-51-update/qaq-p/19094661 Temporarily setting the security level  to medium while printing labels worked yesterday. I am getting this same error after a Java upgrade yesterday. I'm unable to print ANY labels, domestic or international.
