Has anyone else noticed errors in the customs information on International labels? All of the information was entered correctly, but the printed customs forms is showing the value of a $92 package to be over $600. Something is seriously wrong and I can't void a $60 label and reprint it while having to wait for 2 weeks to get my money back.

Someone else said to try Internet Explorer and that worked for me so far. eta: It wasn't totally trouble free. The little box that pops up to tell you to hit ok if the label prints or cancel if it didn't kept popping up on top of the printer's pop up so I had to close it to be able to click the print button on the printer dialogue.

Mine is showing solved, too, but I've received nothing. I'm too scared to try it with a $60 international shipment. USPS.com is screwy in Chrome and Firefox won't print so I can hardly get anything printed and orders are backed up. This is costing me serious time!

I don't even know what it means to configure java or how to change the security settings so I'm done until they get it fixed. My email from tech support just said they are working on it and would email me when it's fixed. eta: Scratch that. I found that part, but I'm still afraid since I don't want more international shipping money on hold for 3 weeks!

I'm having the same problem! If I cancel the label, then I'll have to wait 2 weeks for a refund and international shipping is a chunk of money.
