Just in the last few days I have been having trouble getting shipping labels from Pay pal. I have been doing this for 10 years and print about 10 labels per day. All the sudden I start getting messages back either from the point I am trying to print the label or calculate postage like;
"We are not able to generate your label at this time" or "Pay pal shipping is unavailable for the ship address....." or " we are unable to process your request please try again later." this doesn't happen on every one it is random and maybe 50% of the orders I enter.
Does anyone know what is going on ?
