Hi, as the title says, we are a uk based business with a customer who wants to pay for something using an american card with an american billing address. Every time the customer tries it fails. Is there something we need to do in the uk on our account to be able to recieve this payment?
There are no additional steps you would have to take to be able to accept a payment from a customer based in the United States. If your customer is encountering difficulty, please ask the contact PayPal so that we can assist them.
