Transfer money problem

The bank account name is wrong it has my business name and not my name does this matter? Need help ASAP since the paypal number is giving me a busy signal

Idk how it got my business name when my account I am going to use is my personal and I have two ppl on the paypal account and it's under my husbands name (bank account) which is on the paypal account what do I do.?.

The name on your PayPal acocunt must match the name on your bank account.  You may need open a new bank account to go with your PayPal account.  You cuold also phone PayPal customer service to find out if you can change anything on your PayPal account to match your bank account.

Who opened and maintains your PayPal acocunt?  Is is a business or personal account?

Do you have a second PayPal acocunt?

Does anyone else in your household have a separate PayPal account?

It's me and my husbands paypal account it was my personal and I hooked the business one to it . We used the credit card machine to except payment. Now I wanna transfer the money from the paypal to the bank but before I hit transfer I wann make sure I can it is saying my bank account name is my bussiness name and it's my personal acct.

That will help very lil I have called four diffrent paypal numbers and they are all giving me busy tone. How does that happen this is crazy. They haven't got back to me via email .

so why not add another bank account with your name and remove this one with the business name

What names are actually on your PayPal account?  What social security number is on your PayPal account?  What ID have you sumitted to PayPal for your account?  You can't submit the ID of 2 different people; it must be one person.  So, the first place to start is with the identity of your PayPal account.  Once that is correctly established, then work on the rest.

YOu must go logically step by step to arrive at a solution that fits PayPal and regulatory policies.
