Possible bug: What happened to the "My Saved Buttons" page???

For the last 2-3 days, I can not see the individual names of my saved buttons at the "My Saved Buttons" page. The buttons themselves are functioning, and I can see the customized settings when I click on each entry. But they all show up as "Sample Add to Cart Button" at the main "My Saved Buttons" page.

I can replicate this at any time with Chrome and Firefox on Linux and Windows platforms - have not tried anything else. This looks like a serious bug - does anyone else see this??

This has happend to me too!

I have tried emailing Paypal, but have yet to hear an answer from them.

I've got 18 pages of products which say "Sample Add to Cart Button" where it should say my product.

I imagine this has happend to many users, shame we can't get Paypal to respond!!!

If anyone has a fix, please let us know...... 😞

This is a known-bug that is affecting some users, but I don't know how many. Since lots of folks don't check their buttons often, they may not even know about this. I emailed PayPal tech support and they responded, but there is no timeline for the fix. See below:

First off I want to thank you.  Its great customers, like you, that let us know about functions that are not working.  If we do not know its broke, we cannot fix it.  We have actually identified the issue as a known bug and our developers are hard working on getting this issue fixed. 

I have taken your account number and added it to our work ticket here.  The saved button page is displaying all the buttons as sample buttons.  We have found that if you go to actions and choose edit, you can see what you wrote in the descriptions.   I apologize for the inconvenience.

I still have this bug. I called A WEEK AGO and they knew right away about the issue as soon as I mentioned my buttons.

I bet the fix would be much faster if the bug were they wern't getting their fees from my buttons. My guess is that would be fixed within the hour.
