sender is having trouble sending money to my account

Is there a limit on the quantity of money that can be sent to my account? I asked the sender to look into her account to see what her limits were. This happened before with another person and if I am correct that person worked on it from their end.
I would just like to offer assistance so that I can receive the payment.

They can work it from their end but also check your limits page and your Block Payment settings in your seller prefs in the meantime just in case.
