Please, help me to add a US Bank account and downgrading my paypal account!

I, by mistake, upgraded my paypal account to Business.. I do have a business but I want to use only my personal paypal account, I contacted paypal support by email becuase I'm outside USA so I can't call them.. but still got no answer.

Same goes for my US Bank account, I'm trying to add it but it always say 'You cannot add a bank at this time.' and I'm sure I didn't made any mistake about it, please if someone from paypal support is reading this, help me! thank you 🙂

what countries paypal account you have

also if you want to downgrade to a personal account remember you are not allowed to sell on a personal account and if you did you would have no seller protection.

I do know that about Personal accounts and it's okay for me.

I'm from Morocco, my paypal account is set to Morocco, but I have a payoneer MasterCard card with a virtual US bank account.

I saw many people do it and it always works for them, but not for me!

Sorry for the frustration you're experiencing, however you're not going to be able to get that bank added and working on your account. Due to the risk that virtual banks pose to PayPal, Payoneer banks can no longer be added. I know there are a few sites out there that advertise this as a way to verify your account but this is no longer viable. 😞
