Paypal kept attempting to charge my card and now I have a big fee.

So I purchased something I didn't mean to online and so I appealed and waited but I didn't know paypal kept attempting to charge my bank account (which didn't have the funds) and when I checked my bank account, it summed a huge fee from my bank. So after a long time I got refunded for the thing I purchased online but now I have a huge fee to deal with. Any suggestions?

Pay the fee and don't buy something you can't afford.
