I don't have the paypal app but I do use my phone to buy things online. I also use my laptop but I'm the only one who ever uses it and it stays at home all the time. The transaction was literally me sending money to "family" who I've never heard of, who apparently wanted his money in euros, so I'm assuming he's from Europe. I admit to buying alot of things online for christmas but all of this was done on verified websites such as amazon so I'm not sure whats going on and who could've taken my info.

So I use paypal for many things and there hasn't been many incidents regarding my paypal. However, around last week I found out that I "sent" someone 150 euros. This was ridiculous because while this transaction happened I was in school and why would I send that money in euros. So I contacted paypal tribunal and waited around 2 weeks. They replied with a email saying that I actually did sent the money because "the transaction in question is consistent with your accounts transaction history." What are they trying to tell me. Is there anyway I can contact someone for this because its ridiculous that I have to stand by and just let my money go because some "investigation" concluded that I sent this money.

So I purchased something I didn't mean to online and so I appealed and waited but I didn't know paypal kept attempting to charge my bank account (which didn't have the funds) and when I checked my bank account, it summed a huge fee from my bank. So after a long time I got refunded for the thing I purchased online but now I have a huge fee to deal with. Any suggestions?
