Pay Pal payment refused, apparently because shipping address & recipient name different from Pay Pal account holder. Is this normal? How does one order a gift to be delivered directly to recipient?
Send a private email to the seller with instructions where to ship. Seller may refus, however, since seller would not have seller protation and be rightly suspicious.
Best to have it delivers to buyer and then reship to the giftee at your own risk.
Did you enter a shipping (gift) address on the merchant site that is different from your default PayPal shipping address?
During PayPal checkout, after logging in, you can update payment address, to the gift shipping address by clicking "ship to" or "change" link next to or near the shipping address.
