I am getting this message since Friday Multi-Order Shipping - No XML returned for Command Webpage Error
tried google chrome, IE

Same here- just a few minutes ago. The shipping center in PayPal cannot be used. What is being done to fix this?

I don't know what they broke, but there is a work-around for this problem.
Instead of clicking on the Multi-Order Shipping link in the left sidebar, go to any payment that needs postage printed. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on that Multi-Order shipping link. That has worked for me, when the normal method of invoking it did not.

Where is that an option? I can only see the payments, no place that says multi order shipping anywhere around it/

If you'll check the main forum board, you'll find numerous posts about this problem with the multi-order shipping. This has been going on for over 2 wks. (for me) now, so I can understand your frustration about it. One member did provide a link that has worked for me:

However, I agree with you. PayPal needs to fix this! They don't seem to be very concerned about it & that should not be happening. They make money off our accounts, so this should not be a problem for their customers. And it shouldn't be a problem for their technical dept. to fix!!! I contacted them over the weekend & this is the email I received back this morning:
"Thank you for contacting PayPal.
I understand your frustration regarding this matter. The link is broken but MultiOrder Shipping has been working.
If you go to www.paypal.com/mos , it will take you right into the shipping options to import or create new orders. Please let me know if you need more assistance.

I just got through emailing them again, because I'd asked when we could expect the link to be fixed, & "Tammie" didn't bother to answer that part of my email. Will let you know when & if I hear anything else from them. In the meantime, there are 2 workarounds to use, one provided by another post & one in the PayPal email. I guess we have to be satisfied with that for the moment!
