If you'll check the main forum board, you'll find numerous posts about this problem with the multi-order shipping. This has been going on for over 2 wks. (for me) now, so I can understand your frustration about it. One member did provide a link that has worked for me: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_bulk-ship However, I agree with you. PayPal needs to fix this! They don't seem to be very concerned about it & that should not be happening. They make money off our accounts, so this should not be a problem for their customers. And it shouldn't be a problem for their technical dept. to fix!!! I contacted them over the weekend & this is the email I received back this morning: "Thank you for contacting PayPal. I understand your frustration regarding this matter. The link is broken but MultiOrder Shipping has been working. If you go to www.paypal.com/mos , it will take you right into the shipping options to import or create new orders. Please let me know if you need more assistance. Thank you for being a valuable member of the PayPal community. Sincerely, Tammie Consumer Support PayPal, an eBay Company" I just got through emailing them again, because I'd asked when we could expect the link to be fixed, & "Tammie" didn't bother to answer that part of my email. Will let you know when & if I hear anything else from them. In the meantime, there are 2 workarounds to use, one provided by another post & one in the PayPal email. I guess we have to be satisfied with that for the moment! Good Luck (to us all!)
