Is multi-order shipping down today?!? Anyone else having this problem?

I've been trying toprint a label from multi-order shipping & all I'm getting are xml codes or blank pages, etc. I don't even know what "xml" is! It worked fine yesterday, but doesn't work at all today! HELP!!!! (9-29-17)

So now i can click on multi-order shipping link and it brings up a whole different look to it and I can select the criteria for who, what where i want to ship, then it takes you to a different screen and then all goes to **bleep**.  I had selected "signature confirmation" but it says not selected on next screen.  Also the Review and Pay button is greyed out so you are stuck.  Then when you click on the box next to the person to see if that helps the screen goes all wonky and then you can't even see the person's info anymore and you can't scroll up or down.  I called technical support again and he said he doesn't see any issues with multi-shipping right now and told me to send him screen shots and code of the page I was seeing, so that was fun 😞 .  I also mentioned that paypal.com/shipnow works why don't they just put that link until all this can be fixed and he said that site was not supposed to be used because it violates their contract with USPS and they will be phasing it out but alot of people use it still every day duh!  Get your multi-order shipping working and people would not have to use it!  Is anyone else still having problems as well or did you just give up?

ARRGGHH, than when i went to verify that I was not a robot it failed and took all that I had just typed away!  Luckily I copied it before . . I suggest you do the same, Paypal needs some better web developers i'm thinking!

So, after that nice email from PayPal, it still doesn't work?!? That is unreal (but unfortunately, par for the course)!  (guess the emoticons aren't working, either!)

I haven't tried it in the last few days, so don't know whether I'll have the same experience. I've been using Etsy's shipping labels instead, though I'd rather have the old PayPal multi-order shipping because I like to keep a hard copy of my label receipt & that always printed the label, plus a receipt on the same page, which was perfect. Why oh why don't the programmers leave things alone when they finally have something that works?!? They always think they've got something better & most times, it's like going backward instead of forward......very rarely do they come up with something new that's better. You don't try to improve on perfection! If you have something that works like a charm.....LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!
