Lack of Reporting Support for Recurring Payments HELP!

I have a large number of customers with recurring payments to my business (subscription service). I only can view 25 at a time and cannot find a way to download the information. I have called numerous times over the years asking for the ability to export my customer details. I'm always told no. I find it unbelievable that PayPal is unable to offer such a simple, basic service. It creates a large hardship for my business. I'm hoping someone here has a solution. In the meantime, we've started offering a PayPal alternative to our customers. They appear to have much better reporting services for their clients. If I don't find a solution from PayPal soon, we plan to move all of our business over to the new company.

You better get the info and do a audit, quick. That's how they can steal from businesses who lack detail unlike you. And they steal all the time. Small amounts!
