Have you received a payment? If the money is in your available balance, you can withdraw the funds to your bank by clicking Withdraw at the top of your account home page.
It is important to hold off on sending an item until payment is received so you can be protected. Once the payment is received it may be held for up to 21 days, to ensure delivery of the item.
