Is paypal skimming money from my transactions???

I felt like my paypal balance was lower than it should be, so I briefly scanned my activity, and found this.  Neary $17 of a $38 transaction missing.  There was no partial refund given for this BTW.  I don't know how many more inconsistencies there are.  Am I crazy or is paypal stealing money from me?

I don't think PayPal is skimming stealing, but I do think you should phone PayPal customer service for more information.

What about any previous acitivty? Did you have any funds on hold?

I called and she said there was a hold placed on an earlier transaction.  I wish they would document this better.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the update.  I really didn't know how holds were recorded.  I wodered if there had been something with an earlier transaction.
