Hi Everyone.
Im in need of some serious help guys, please hear me out.
This is the first time ive posted on any sort of forum or ask anyone for help, but its got to the point where i cant handle it.
i want to make this as short as possible without having to take so much of anyones time.
So a few months ago i started selling those Hoverboards (segways self balancing scooters) im sure everyones heard of them.
Everything was going so well and money was flooding in, untill after around a 2 months paypal decided to limit my account and wanted more info regarding when where how who these products was coming from, i supplied every single bit of information and more that they asked for after sending me to the moon and back to get what they wanted, ofcourse i received a email from them saying that they no longer wanted to do business with me.... GREAT!
So i had a around $7,000 in my account, some of which was meant for my extremely high fees which still stand at around $3,000 on ebay and the rest was profit i had made, so when paypal limit your account theres no chance of getting any of that money out untill 180 days period is over.
So as that stands i cant pay my ebay fees..... and we all know what happens when you dont pay up ebay fees.
In the time they have limited my account ive had a few disputes open which i have refunded back money and recieved back the product with no issues.
now this is where it gets intresting, paypal are now deciding that they are refunding any customer who wants there money back regarless of the issue as they know they cant send them back because most shipping companys do send these products. so every other week money is just vanishing without any reason.
when i call them they have no idea what im talking about and have no care in the world to help me.
Ive lost thousands for no FREAKING REASON and paypal will not give me a single reason apart from they will not over turn there decision.
ive been doing backflips while talking to them over the phone and its like talking to a pile of bricks! they have no clue what there talking about and dont want to help me in anyway. they are litrally stealing money from my account and have no idea where it is going.
i have kept track of every dipsute and refund and the numbers just dont add up! im in need of some serious help. the last call i made the guy over the phone just told me if you have any issues make a comlaint or SUE US :?
Please guys im in need of help here its driving me up the walls!! im lost for words any reply would be appreciated. please god.
