Hello, So my friend sent me 31USD to my paypal and right after that paypal is holding my balance in pending for 21 days saying that i'm not an established seller. And I am not a seller and i need the money fast. How do i fix this?
You will probably need to contact PayPal directly by phone to fix.
Was the money send as just sending money or as payment for services? The sender had 2 options. If the sender selected for goods/services, then PayPal expects you to provide goods or services. If it were just to send money, like as a gift, then there should be no problem.
