Can't withdraw my money (Internal Service Error)

Hello, I'm writing to you here because i've tried every other option I wrote emails I called you and still no solution for my problem. I cannot withdraw money anymore from paypal. all my money are stuck in the available balance. When I try to withdraw it says internal service error. I tried clearing the cache, incognito mode etc. I even called my bank and they said there's nothing wrong with my debit card and the problem is with paypal. Can you please help me solve this? Or even if this can't be solved is there any chance that I can withdraw my money in another way?

This forum is by PayPal users; it is not PayPal customer service.

For account-specific issues you'll need to call PayPal and talk to a knowledgable customer service agent.

I know that. I tried writing them in messages center, in facebook I even called them and still no solution. Paypal is really getting in my nerves. it used to work fine now its full of **bleep**

What browser are you using?  I have found Chrome to cause a lot of headaches because when you clear the cookies, you don't really clear ALL the cookies.

 

Try IE (with a cleared cache and cookies) and see if you still get the error.

Id contact PP CS to see what the issue is.  Also, if you have a smart phone, download the PP app an see if that works to withdraw your funds.

I did contact them 3 times and no reply. The Paypal app is not available in my country (Albania)

Contact them via phone and Id be interested to hear what kind of answer you get.  No reply says to me your e-mailing.

I did call them on Friday they told me I should contact my bank. I did contact my bank and they verified that the card is ok and the problem is with paypal. I will contact them first thing tomorrow since they dont' work on weekends.

UPDATE: I called paypal and they told me to send a screenshot via message center. That's weird because they don't have an attach option in their message center! Anyway I sent them a message saying that I authorize them to withdraw my money for me and let's hope that this time they reply.
