I'm new to PayPal, but I saw that you guys have a PayPal debit card. Does this mean the PayPal debit card has a bank account on here? Such as, if someone sends money to me, I can save it here on PayPal, and use it with the debit card? How much money can be saved up on PayPal? And is there a fee for using your debit card?
