Strange charges on my paypal account, does not sho...

I'm very confused to this and am not sure what to do.   About 4 months ago someone got into my netflix account and added users to it which increased my bill and a month later I caught it.   I cancelled the account.     Then on July 9th someone somehow re-opened the account, charged my main credit card again, and then netflix refunded me, but not for 1 charge, but for like 15.   I signed into paypal and see that somehow someone was able to make charges from my paypal, though the email used on paypal is different than the one used on netflix, and what is even more odd, is it says "Withdrawal to debit card" and then does not show the funding source, I am so confused.   As seen in the screenshots these withdrawal to debit cards are payments to netflix, and then when you click on the transaction, it does not show a funding source?    How do i find out what the funding source is, and how do I stop this?      ... I found a solution, at least in my case.   Do not contact them online, contact them on the phone, and when you get to the automated system, get it to go to the dispute department.   Then keep saying operator until it transfers you to someone.   Now explain that you are involved in a tracking number scam, where the person ships a random package to someone in your city and then claims the item is delivered.    When I did this the person understood what was going on, we used the tracking number via UPS to verify the weight of the package was 5 pounds, rather than 49 pounds which is what it should be.   They refunded the money and flagged his account. ... They should arrest everyone in upper management at Paypal.  Thousands just got ripped off over black Friday by people who setup sites to do this very same t hing.   Paypal has known of this scam for years and done nothing, and by ruling with the scammer, they are helping commit international fraud.   They should all be incarcerated and held with no possible bond until trial.  ... How can anyone be convinced that Paypal has any level of security after this.    Recently a new scam is going around on the internet where these people setup fake black friday sites and then when someone buys an item they are somehow shipping the items to some drop ship location and then providing the tracking number to paypal.   Paypal has ruled against over 100 people caught in this scam because of this fake tracking number.    If you go on trust pilot, in the past 24 hours, there are several people complaining about being robbed blind and then paypal sides with the scammer.   This is exactly why scammers are using paypal as their desired method of payment, the absolutely disgraceful antifraud capabilities of paypal.   Go on trust pilot and search for jerseyeasy or just google it, I'd post the link to trust pilot, but the last time I did, or any other reputation score website, paypal deletes the message.      Well good thing I can file a chargeback, paypal has no chance of winning any case where they willingly and knowingly participate in international fraud.    ... Why does paypal side with people commiting scams?

recently I went on a website for black friday that was ripping people off.  They list deals low, post fake approved by paypal seals, and then give you a ridiculous deal.  After  they get your money, they give you a fake tracking number, and paypal gives them the money.   You never get your item.   This has been going on for months now, the people just keep changing the domain.   I disputed this to paypal, and then made the mistake of posting to this forum.    My dispute was denied, so tomorrow I'll be charging the money back and notifying all my banks no paypal charges are authorized, and then i'll be closing my account.    Paypal will have 0 change of winning any case in court for siding with a Vietnamese man who is setting up fake sites in the USA to rip off consumers on black Friday.  Rather than giving me advice, the paypay administration deleted my post and accused me of fraud.     ... Paypal should be ashamed of themselves for how pathetic of a job they do with anti fraud.     This holiday season Vietnamese hackers were able to make hundreds of fake black Friday sites like <removed>, and then take thousands if not hundreds of thousands in paypal money and run with it.  My wife thought she got some great black friday deals, because if the fraud encouraging paypal trusted seal that anyone can copy and paste on a website.   That's also how I know they are Vietnamese, my wife is Vietnamese, and she can identify the name.  I had to break her heart and tell her nope, paypal may have been around for a decade now, but they can't catch anyone committing fraud.       Somehow these people were also able to manipulate google shopping, which is how my wife found the prices in the first place.   You search on google shopping and you find hundreds of these fake black Friday sites that proudly accept paypal, since it's so easy to setup a fake paypal account and rob people blind.   I can see why they use paypal, must be easy.   IT really shows you the value of an American college degree, between google and paypal, and all the college educated geniuses that work for them with a masters, a single man from Vietnam who never went to college can still destroy their security.   I would give paypal the benefit of the doubt if the email address wasn't blatantly obvious that it was a fake generated free email account.    Does paypal honestly have any anti fraud measures, or do they just talk a big game?   They can't detect someone using a VPN or proxy when setting up an account?     They can't tell that an email address that starts with <removed> is probably fraudulent?    Paypal obviously doesn't care, according to trust pilot, this scam has been going on for months, reported to paypal hundreds of times, and they still sit on their behinds doing nothing. <removed>   I'll be closing my account with this insecure online financial platform.   If paypal allows someone to sign up with an email account that has <removed> in it, and allows them to take money with no verification at all, then paypal just isn't a site I trust with any of my financial information.   ...
