Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues withdrawing funds. I can understand how concerning that can be. In this situation I first recommend clearing your browser's cache & cookies or trying another trusted browser / device to make sure it's not a device issue. After that, sometimes it's good to check to make sure the funds you're trying to transfer are all in the same currency.
If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to research this a bit further. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
