Hi, I run a moderately successful forum with what I consider a good earning rate. We are a CS:Go forum that focuses on cheats/pasting etc. The main revenue stream used to be google ads till we started to offer upgrades to members. Since it was a digital product and new to us, initially we were only doing Cryptocurrency payments, manual upgrades. One of our recent developers suggested Paypal with a instant upgrade system that we purchased. However I am now hearing from a few trusted members that Paypal will limit your account if "there is a sudden high volume sales". My forum offers 2 types of "Upgrades", a monthly and a lifetime, the latter costing ~5X more than the monthly, which many people opt for. Since launching this, I have seen 8 sales close to ~150 USD, but when I tried to withdraw it, I got a message saying additional verification was needed. Now I understand why since this a brand new account, so understandable. I have my bank linked, and I am not worried, but is there anything I can submit document wise to make sure I don't get limited because of too many sales too quick. Some stats to help you guys understand why I'm thinking the way I am. Our site receives approximately 5000 unique visitors everyday, with a conversion rate of ~20%. Of those 20% who register, over time, ~0.5 - 1% Upgrade. This usually equates to anywhere to 3-10 paid upgrades a day. Short spikes of up to 15 on very rare days. That was through credit card and crypto. Paypal is easier so I am expecting a bit more. My primary cause of concern is: I am selling a digital product. A forum upgrade. I hear as far as Paypal is concerned that is a risk. I am from New Zealand, verified bank, but I may have accessed my account while overseas (I am a pilot by profession and travel extensively) I *may* have accessed my account using my home VPN once or twice (I have a VPN for Public hotspot usage and Netflix) <- This was a faux pas I know I am quite happy to submit all my documents to verify my business, but I see no options for doing that. Basically even just googling it, seems Paypal does Limit accounts and the Customer Service agents are unable to provide information because it is too far up the chain. So I thought I would ask if there was a way to get it known about my case, so I could protect against this happening?
