I removed what I thought was an old paypal direct debit from my online banking app but a couple of weeks later I got quite a few emails from PayPal saying they tried to take money from my account but it failed. I realised this must have had something to do with me deleting the direct debit so I set up a new one but in the meantime I had a negative balance so used my bank card to pay it off only to see today that PayPal have took 5 payments from my account so basically I've paid twice. I rang PayPal to explain but tbh I wasnt getting anywhere as the advisor just kept saying its pay after delivery payments even though I tried explaining I already paid for them almost 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know how I go about getting my money back as it's over £60? Thanks
