Yes,, i contact them by helpdesk on dashboard and no responds at all until now. so frustaded,, u keep my money, my business cant run well because of you!! u need my confirmation, about my personal idendity, and also my business identity, i provide it 1 month before i think and u never accept it, simple, just take back all my money, and close (delete) the account, if u guys dont service me, like every PAYPAL FEES i pay when i did transaction with my buyer/seller thank u
