Hello, I am trying to add fresh new bank account (never used at paypal) to bussiness profile - but it always ends up as "Sorry, we are not able to process...". I've tried multiple browsers, even another bank accounts and it is always same.
Also it seems that it is server error because when response is opened through chrome dev tools, then there is internal paypal stacktrace:
