So I sold a hoodie via a third party website (grailed) which uses Paypal as their main transaction service. Paypal has been holding my money for a solid two weeks now, and since the parcel has arrived at the buyer the money should be transfered to me. Paypal wants the tracking information of the parcel and I have put it in but the post which I chose to use is not in the system. So there is my tracking code and the ’other’ post which is dpd (a german post) but my money is still on hold. What do I do?
