Unable to send money through Goods and Services op...

Hello, so when I go to send money as Ive done many times before I fill in the address, the amount and then usually get to choose between Friends and Family or Goods and Services. But today I tried and with this German address theres no choice, I can only "Sending to a friend" as "Purchase Protection doesn't apply for this payment".   I asked on the phone and they just suggested the country doesnt allow for Purchase protection when sending money, but Im pretty sure I have done this to Germany before.   Thanks for the help, Leon   ... Thanks, but I tried that and even the Swedish link just took me to my profile page. I found the right page manually anyway and it says Im already activated for Free Returns, all good there.   Ive started a Dispute with the seller, although I thought the message I wrote would go to paypal and not just be another place where me and the seller communicate again. Thanks, I guess I will open a dispute in the Resolution Center.   But the link at the bottom doesnt work for me. Im from Sweden.   But if I see Return shipping Get Return Shipping on US near the bottom of a transaction page does that mean Im already signed up for it and can do that after a Resolution Center dispute or Claim has been settled? ... Seller Refusing to Give Address for Return Shipmen...

The seller refuses to give me his adress so that I can return a package Im not satisfied with, vinyl record specifically. The condition stated NM (Near Perfect) and they said it should be perfect. I sent audio clips which I think sound far from perfect but they says is not perfect but okay. So they agree it is not NM as described when sold but ask me to Confirm Receipt on Paypal so that they get the money anyway, even though I want to return it. Im wondering, at this point should I just click "Get Return Shipping on Us"? The problem there is that they ask for receipts on the return shipment to prove Ive sent the package, but I cant do that without their adress. Hello, first time poster here!   I was just a little worried when I checked my Paypal today. To make it short and simple I recieved a large refund just now from Ebay regarding a problematic purchase and looked to see the balance. Strangely enough it seemed to be what it was before except a little higher. I looked through my transaction history and I see some other purchases which I do recognize but not as being made from my paypal but rather my bank account. They are linked by the way. So I guessed that all along I was in actuality using my paypal balance to pay instead and the refund I received just replenished that spending money plus a little extra.  But then when I check my bank account transactions I see the same ones being done over there. Im confindent that Paypal wouldnt unnecessarily make 2 identical payments for no reason but I dont understand whats happened here.  Is it the case that I just havnt received my refund yet and Im remembering wrong? It does say refund received. Should I rather contact Paypal about this?   Thank you for your input. ... View more
