Dear PayPal Community,   I have sent money against a service via PayPal to a Nigerian account and an American account. The amount was nearly $45 and $10. Now both the account holders are reporting me that they are not able to withdraw the money from PayPal because the money is less than $100. Please let me know if there is any minimum limit of withdraw for the money received via PayPal account in Nigeria and USA?? If there is a limit, then what is the minimum limit??    I am getting follow up again and again from those sellers and they are saying to send more money again to make it $100. I want to know the actual rules of the payment system. Cause I am worried of getting cheated by those sellers.   Kindly let me know the piece of information and help me in this matter as ASAP. Dear community people   Please let me know the process of releasing money which I have sent earlier for a goods or service but held by PayPal. I have received the shipment. Also I have paid the money through PayPal, but the concerned person didn't get the money. Today I have confirmed the shipment received in PayPal Activity page. Please let me know, if the payment get cleared by tonight or if I need to do complete some more steps for releasing the money from PayPal to the shipment sender account? ... View more
