Thank you for reply. I have solved problem, I called PayPal and my Bank, so we found out that the problem was that I was trying to add card with balance 0. So my card was declined and blocked by PayPal after few tries. I called PayPal, gave them information they need and they solved the problem. ... View more

My debit card was blocked by PayPal | Please help ...

Hi there, Well, my problem is that according to information my bank service provided me, PayPal has blocked my Debit Card. Here is the likely reason:  So when I opened my PayPal account, I've tried to link my debit card to it, but I didn't have any money on my card at that moment. I've tried several times  in a row to link my debit card. And here is the problem, I figured out that I needed to have at least $3 when linking my card. I've asked my bank asisstant about the problem and she told me that they don't see that I've been trying to link my card to PayPal after April 19th, but I've been trying even after 19th. Which means that PayPal has blocked my card from being linked to my account!  Now, I have some money on my credit card, but I can't connect it because of this problem. And yeah, I've tried to contact PayPal via email several times, but without any reply. 😞 ... View more
