Transaction issue

I have a suspicious transaction on my account what i didn't know anything about them

If  i try to report the problem i have the follow error "Unable to complete your request"

How i can solve that

You should try to contact PayPal via email 🙂

When you open this link, go to email support and after that select the topics that fits your problem and contact them 🙂

I contacted PayPal via telephone..they opened a ticket but without success what i hoped..

For them looks all fine on transaction

For my safety i removed all cards and went to my bank to block paypal charge

I also checked my history browser and email but i can find anything (paypal login,paypal transaction email or anything about paypal)

the question is! how i can prove to them that wasn't me doing that transaction?
