Problem with linking my bank card

Hi there,

I have Visa Electron card and I have tried more than 10 times to link that card to PayPal with no success. I've sent an email to PayPal but I haven't recieved a reply. 

Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

In general, there may be multiple reasons why you would not be able to add a card to your PayPal account. For example, it may be that the card cannot be used online and I would recommend checking with your financial institution to make sure that the card can be added to PayPal. Also, please check your Resolution Centre as, if your account has been limited, this may prevent you from adding the card. If this is the case, please complete the steps in your Resolution Centre to solve the issue. Otherwise, if you have already added this card to your account in the past, it may be that it was disabled by our system and if this is the case, please call us to resolve the problem. 

 

Lastly, it may be that our system is preventing you from adding the card for security reasons. In this case, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, please call our Customer Service. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available. You can also contact us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPal) or on Twitter (@AskPayPal).

Thank you for reply. I have solved problem, I called PayPal and my Bank, so we found out that the problem was that I was trying to add card with balance 0. So my card was declined and blocked by PayPal after few tries. I called PayPal, gave them information they need and they solved the problem.
