I understand that you are trying to make a payment through a website. It could be issue with the website you are trying to make a payment on. About method of pay after delivery is not anything PayPal do as far I know, so that is up to the website you are paying from. Regarding your phone device, perhaps try another device such as a computer and see if that works better for you? Otherwise I would advice to contact the website you are using for the purchases. ... I understand by your message that you have completed a withdraw from your PayPal balance to your bank account, but the bank account was wrong? If it shows as completed which is most likely it does, it has already left PayPal and is going to attempt to be sent to the bank account. You cannot choose what you wish to see. If you buy from a website or via recurring payment you will have to pay in the currency they have set up for. If you go to transaction log and then up in the right corner you will be able to download reports with more details but you wont be able to change so you see in only one currency when it uses multiple. ... If you paid using your credit/debit card the refund will go back to that within a few days. It may possibly be you made the payment outside of your PayPal account. It works to make guest payments through PayPal and these will make you not able to see the transactions. Check your bank a few days after the refund if you have received back your refund there. How do you mean with limited 180 days? Either way if your phone number comes up to verify you when you login, there is really no other way for you than to contact customer support over phone. They will be able to send a mail to you where you enter a code they give over phone, and then be able to reset password and security questions. Of course though you'll need information to verify your account when you call in. Your full name, mail address as well you will probably need verify your last 4 digits in your bank account or card that you have connected. ... View more

You will need to wait most likely. When you sent in all requested documents and information, it should go to review. The review process differ and most often no timeline. Perhaps it may even differ between countries. For me it's about 4 days to wait. You could always mail or call customer support to ask if the documents are sent to review. ... View more

You would need contact customer support for that. You might need to upload card statement and ID in order to prove ownership of the card. You could call them and mention the card number and they will be able to find the account. But most likely they would also need proof of you owning the card, a statement and ID. ... View more

For seller protection you need to provide tracking number that proves it has been delivered to the buyer. I understand by your message you did not send with tracking as it costs more. By not sending with tracking you then take the risk of losing 'item not received' disputes. ... View more
