Hello Guys,
when i trying to close my account
there is problem , they said to me 
There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it.
what is the reslove of this problem ? i need help fast please

Do you have any notification? You'll find it when you login near the log out button there is a bell. Any notifications there?

If not, you may need contact customer support via mail or phone to ask.
