Appealing against a dispute decision

Hi.  Has anyone actually been able to appeal against a decision made in the resolution centre?

Yes you can appeal, you may need have to contact customer support via mail or phone for that though.

I can't find the customer support email.

Thanks Kudos. I've tried messaging them..just get a list of all the bum info from their website. Looks like I will need to ring them 😔

You can 'only' appeal if you have new information that paypal was not aware of at the time they made their decision.

You have 10 days to appeal and there should be an option in the resolution centre.
