I have been struggling with getting my account limitations lifted through customer service correspondence, they've stopped answering my emails, and the service is very inconsistent and i cant seem to get the results i need. For example, i contacted costumer service twice via email with little results, then by phone with a lot better results(screenshot) by email with no results, and by live chat with terrible results. what gives? i only use my account once a year. when my mom sends me money for xmas. Been trying for nearly two months to resolve this, what else can i do?
