@vavilesruiz this is just an error response, we will need to look at the request as well. Do you happen to have a full log of that somehow? So that I can take a look at what's being sent to PayPal and to which data PayPal sent that response. If you can share that I will try to help. Thanks Mansoor Kudos are much appreciated!

There has to be something related to the request or the way the request is made. Without looking at the request ( code ) it will be difficult to tell. Regards, Mansoor

Hi @3fuster ,, I hope by now you may have found a solution to this, If not, then the issue seems to be with your PayPal API keys. Try adding correct one or generate new and everything will work as expected. Thanks! Mansoor

@Ashishyadav1 This seems to be an issue with your API or if it's your custom development then an argument is not passed correctly. Are you using WOO and WP or is that something else, custom PHP may be? Do you have logging enabled for this PayPal API call so that you can track where its breaking? Please check and let me know. I don't think if that is a bug at all. PayPal will always require buyer location and Country is the main point of their location. Not sure if PayPal ever made it optional>??? Thanks! Mansoor

hi @Frank4747 , To enable get sandbox API keys to follow this: - Click here to log in to your developer.PayPal.com account. - At the top of the page, click Dashboard. - Under Sandbox on the left side of the page, click Accounts. - Click the email address for the account - Note: Only Business accounts can have Pro enabled. - Under the email address, click Profile. - Click the check for the Sandbox API keys For your LIVE API keys, you should check your PayPal account > https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess. Here you can create API details as per your need. Thanks! Mansoor
