I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues accessing your funds. I can understand how concerning that can be. You may want to reach out to our Customer Support directly for this one. We're not able to change the country of your account, and if you don't live in the U.S. anymore, you may not be able to access the account from where you currently live. They'll be able to go over what options you have in accessing your funds.
