I received $80 from someone in trade for an account. But I didn't manage to give the ownership so I refunded the guy after he opened a dispute case. I hit refund immediately but it was taking so long to refund (the case was under review from paypal) But today the case was closed and none of us got the money ( I don't, my customer doesn't either) and there's no record of transactions or cases. What is happening? and how to get the money back to anyone of us?
