Hi, just had a question on disputes and whether Paypal takes into consideration preorders for buyer protection or is it always from the date paid? The reason i ask, is because i ordered an anime figurine that exceeded the 180 day window, due to the release date, but it was only after that window had expired that issues with the company began to occur. Since April, many customers have been reporting not recieving their orders, that support tickets were being ignored for months, and refunds requests were not being fulfilled (despite company policy). At this point i'm not sure what to do. Because i paid with paypal credit, it's not easy to track the payments made for me to do a chargeback with my bank, and as the 180 day window has passed my dispute was close immediately with Paypal, but i could never have forseen this situation let alone acted within the dispute window. Are there any other options available to me with Paypal or is my only recourse to take the company to court? Thanks, Chris
