Multi-Order Shipping error messages keep popping u...

Anyone else see this? When I try to calculate the shipping cost or press Done and pay for shipping I keep getting "We are unable to serve your request right now. Please try again later." messages. The current error message also states "PB error". I've had a number of these pop up over the past couple of weeks. Double checking the addresses doesn't seem to work, nor does cancelling the order and redoing it. It worked fine last night, but not this morning. What's the problem, anyone? ... View more

Also, I just checked Safari and the same issue applies there. There is no direct link on the summary page, no search icon, no way to activate MultiOrder Shipping unless I go to Help and type it in there. Stupid and frustrating. ... View more

How do I activate Multi-Order Shipping?

Anyone   I use PayPal's MultiOIrder Shipping quite often for my mail-order business, and until PayPal's recent re-design of their home page, it was quite easy to activate Multi-Order Shipping. Just scroll down to the link and click. No problem. Since the re-design however, it has become damn near impossible to even FIND a link to Multi-Order Shipping.
