How do I activate Multi-Order Shipping?

Anyone

I use PayPal's MultiOIrder Shipping quite often for my mail-order business, and until PayPal's recent re-design of their home page, it was quite easy to activate Multi-Order Shipping. Just scroll down to the link and click. No problem. Since the re-design however, it has become damn near impossible to even FIND a link to Multi-Order Shipping. Now, I have a Macintosh computer running OS 10.11.6, just FYI, so I already know that THAT is part of the problem: I did an online chat with one of the happy helpers from India and I was told by them that I had to close down Firefox and open up Internet Explorer (!!!) because the new links to Multi-Order Shipping, through a Tools link at the top of the page, would only work on Windows. Yippy. Thanks for nothing. After THAT debacle I played around with all the various links and finally clicked on the magnifying glass icon and did a search there for it and voila! There it was. So I used that for a couple of days and now, this morning, I find that the search icon is now missing. What the hell, PayPal? Thankfully, I did manage to find a link for it on the Help link, but **bleep**, that's just ridiculous. Can ANYONE tell me what's going on, why the MultiOrder Shipping is so **bleep** hard to find now? I just want a simple link to it. Is that so difficult?

Weird, every time I log on my personal account, the multi shipping blue button is located smack dab on the Summary page, clear as day. I am using 2018 MacBook Pro and my iPad Air 2 on Safari though. Have you updated the Firefox browser?

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

My Firefox browser is set to periodicallyly update itself when I log in. It's currently on vs. 63.0, up to date.

Also, I just checked Safari and the same issue applies there. There is no direct link on the summary page, no search icon, no way to activate MultiOrder Shipping unless I go to Help and type it in there. Stupid and frustrating.

Hmm, that’s weird then. Try clearing cache and browser cookies.

I just cleared the cache and cookies on Safari. Zip. Nada. No change in the Summary page, no link to MultiOrder Shipping, no Search Icon. Same as it ever was. Haven't tried Firefox yet because I'm downloading stuff there right now, but I suspect the same thing applies.
