I had money sent to me from a family member who accidentally sent it as goods and services instead of friends and family. I contacted support and was told they would sent the sender and email to correct the problem. Okay, apparently it's a 5 step process that is not easy for elderly to understand. What other way can I resolve this? Even if I issue a refund I'm back at step one where they aren't aware they have to choose friends and family before sending.
